Booking a New Patient Appointment
To book an appointment, please schedule an Insight Call and talk to someone about your needs. This will help us know which type of appointment you need.
If there are no Insight appointments available, you can call 256-801-9162 and leave a message with your mobile number and someone will either call you back or text you to set up an Insight Call.
Once the type of appointment is determined, you will be asked to set up your patient portal and complete the new patient paperwork prior to your appointment.
Alabama Holistic Health schedules many clients each day. In order to ensure uninterrupted service, please make an appointment (some same day appointments are available, please call).
Phone & Telehealth Sessions
Phone & Telehealth sessions are offered by our intake specialists and Dr. Christie Berry.
Payments for these sessions are due at time of service. The intake specialist or Dr. Berry will call the number on file at the designated appointment time or you will receive an invitation email just before your appointment with the telehealth link.
Fees
The cost of sessions are usually $195. Payment is due at appointment. Additional fees apply for Labs, Assessments, after hours, or home-visit appointments.
We ask all clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for check in and to complete any labs or necessary paperwork.
First time clients must complete the new patient paperwork in the patient portal prior to scheduling your first appointment.
Special services and rates are determined on a case-by-case basis to be discussed before services are rendered.
Payment
We accept flex-pay insurance cards, cash, all major credit/debit cards, Care Credit (mental health services only), Medicaid (children mental health services only), and personal checks. Checks are to be made to ALHH. Fee for returned checks is $50 + 10% of check amount.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Clients on self-pay will be charged $50 for no-shows or late cancellations.
A valid credit card and current address is kept on file for all clients.
