Anti-Inflammatory Bombs Recipe

 These treats are very filling, and healthy, too! Great to take along with you for a quick burst of energy and to fight a sugar craving. But, more important, are the health benefits! They contain ingredients that have been used for thousands of years to calm the digestive system (great for those on an auto-immune protocol!)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic coconut butter
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

Melt coconut butter and pour into a medium sized bowl. Mix in spices one by one until well blended. Let cool a bit until you can roll in your hand and make a ball. Roll into 1” balls and put in refrigerator for an hour until the coconut butter is solid.

These can be stored at room temperature for several days.
