Insurance
Unfortunately, most insurances will not cover holistic health and most clients are self-pay.
We do take Medicaid for children (Mental Health only), Flex Spending or Health Savings cards, and CareCredit.
We can provide an invoice for your insurance to receive some reimbursement.
For us to take Flex spending or Health Savings cards, please inquire if they pay for acupuncture, mental health, or biofeedback.
STEP-BY-STEP
Our team will work with you on the treatment plan weekly or every two weeks for the first several months as needed, continuing to assess your progress until you reach your health goals. Your feedback during the process is essential to select the best options for you and guide your care.

Your goals are important to us. We provide you with treatments, education, individualized meal plans, lifestyle changes and healthy decision-making options so you can succeed.
Our goal is not only to help you devise a health plan but also to empower you with enough education to maintain your accomplished results.
Appointments
Most of our appointments last 1 hour and cost $150-$195 per session. Appointments may include counseling or consulting, assessment, education, biofeedback, energy work, chromotherapy, acupuncture, EMDR, PEMF, detoxing, or other therapeutic interventions.
Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel or change an appointment, please allow at least 24 hours prior notice. There is a $50 fee for appointments canceled or rescheduled without 24 hour prior notice. You will receive an email/text reminder 48 hours in advance of your appointment please call or message to cancel in order to prevent cancellation charges. Thank you for your understanding.

15 minute Insight Call
The 15 minute Insight Call helps you know which options will best suit your needs. After this appointment you will know if you need to schedule an Intake appointment or join one of our online communities. If you decide to work with us, let us know and we will send you a link to the communities or patient portal.
Online Classrooms
Much of our education and coaching is done online. Take advantage of our coaching and education communities to begin your integrative health journey. Our coaching community is where all the learning happens!
We have a Health Mastery community for those who just need a bit of extra help on their journey.
We have a FREE community for those still not sure and to help you get started.
Intake Appointment
Many issues are more complex due to hidden causes. The Intake Phone Appointment helps us identify your concerns and how best to assist. If you’ve seen multiple doctors without success, underlying issues like sub-clinical autoimmune disorders, viruses, parasites, or trauma may be involved. Further assessments and labs may be needed to determine a treatment plan.
Lab Appointment
We have so many labs to offer we want to honor both your time and finances. Your intake appointment will help us do just that by selecting the labs that are necessary to identify underlying causes.
